Customer Service Representative

LaGrange County REMC is seeking to fill the position of Customer Service Representative. This position is the primary point of contact for members and is responsible for processing member account activity and interacting with members to address account questions. Candidate will also be required to perform collections procedures and process mail.
Qualified candidates will have experience or higher education in business, accounting or a related field, with a preferred 1-2 years in customer service. Candidate must be able to use a computer, including proficiency in Microsoft Office, the internet, spreadsheets and databases.
