You can pay your bill online from the comfort of your own home.

Step-by-step instructions on how to create an account.

Helpful Hints for using online bill pay:

Hint # 1: When signing in, you may create a User ID or simply use your account number located in the upper left corner on your electric bill (not the location or meter number).

Hint # 2: When entering your account number, do not include the hyphen( – ).

Hint # 3: Your initial password will be ALL CAPS. When you change it, make it whatever you want — but easy for you to remember. PASSWORDS ARE CASE SENSITIVE!

Hint # 4: Add your phone number and email address into your account profile. For security, the system will ask for your account number and the last four digits of your phone number in order to complete the sign in process.

Hint # 5: Write your password down and keep it in a secure location. We do not save or have access to your password. If you forget your password, let us know; we can reset the software so that you may create a new password.

To request your initial password online

Your home phone number and e-mail address must be in our system in order for us to send you an initial password. They must match the account profile on record and you must have your account number available.

1. Go to

2. Click on 'Pay your Bill Online’.

3. Enter your account number (leave the password blank).

4. Click on ‘Forgot password’.

5. Re-enter your account number.

6. Enter the last 4 digits of your home phone number.

7. Click ‘E-mail my Password’.

8. Click ‘Submit’.
